Pemain baru Liverpool, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain ambil peluang puji Jurgen Klopp dalam temuramah pertama beliau bersama kelab itu.
Bekas pemain tengah Arsenal yang menyertai Liverpool pada jendela perpindahan baru-baru ini turut menceritakan mengapa beliau memilih Liverpool berbanding Chelsea dan juga menolak tawaran kontrak baru bersama Arsenal.
Beliau menyertai Liverpool dengan nilai perpindahan £35 juta dan menolak tawaran kontrak baru daripada Arsenal yang menawarkan gaji sebanyak £180,000 seminggu.
Dilaporkan beliau hanya menerima £120,000 seminggu daripada Liverpool.
Dalam temuramah pertama beliau bersama Liverpool, beliau begitu memuji pengurus pasukan itu, Klopp serta mendedahkan punca sebenar mengapa beliau memilih Liverpool.
Chamberlain mendedahkan bahawa Klopp merupakan faktor utama mengapa beliau memilih Liverpool dan menolak Arsenal serta Chelsea.
Beliau begitu yakin Klopp mampu membawa beliau ketahap baru (seterusnya) dalam membentuk beliau sebagai pemain yang mampu mencipta nama pada masa hadapan.
Pendedahan beliau ini bagaikan menafikan kebolehan Wenger untuk membentuk beliau untuk menjadi pemain ternama sebagaimana keyakinan beliau terhadap Klopp.
